Half Term Hygge: A free Infographic

Today I am not at my desk. I’ll be out all day seeking for #coursehygge if there is such a thing in York. I’m training to do proofreading, having figured out that it might be a useful skill for both day job as an Office Ninja and night job as a writer.

So as you read this on Monday (morning, noon or afternoon teatime) please do think of me poring over a text and deciding whether we actually use colons or semi colons at that point. Who knows? Who cares!

My reward to you for getting through that introduction is another free infographic. I think I’m getting there with the graphics. Certainly, this one was created without using a template underneath, and that’s a good sign, isn’t it? Completely home made. In 5 years time it will be like my first crochet blankets, I’ll be looking at it and blushing at the thought it was any good. But use it, share it, enjoy it.

A Half Term of Hygge Infographic by Jo Kneale

Half term begins in our neck of the woods next Friday. Despite my children being young adults now, I still have plans for what to do with them. This is a short list of the things I want to do next week. Simple, easy, frugal, hyggely. There will be plenty of food and a lot of laughter as well.

If you’re off school or work next week, may I wish you a peaceful time of rest.

If you’d like to know more about hygge, then my first book is available now:  50 Ways to Hygge the British Way  is available in Paperback and Kindle version from Amazon.  If you purchase through the links on this page, I get a couple of pence extra per copy, and if you’ve already read it and enjoyed it, please leave a review on Amazon or Goodreads. I have a Goodreads Author’s Page!

My blog is on Facebook as How to Hygge the British Way and you can now follow me on Bloglovin as well. I’m personally also on Twitter and Instagram and as a member of The Hygge Nook on Facebook.

****How to Hygge the British Way Blog isn’t monetised. I have taken the decision that I want to remain neutral and not to promote things just because. I will only ever review items that I have bought myself, or that I think will help to promote hygge in a busy life. To do this, I need support. Even just the price of a coffee adds up to a book over time, and it means I can stay independent. Would you help? Please consider clicking through to paypal.me/HyggeJem and leaving even a small amount. I’d be very grateful. Thank you.***
